Mastery Review’s Medication Administration Program (MAP) is a structured training designed to help Massachusetts residents earn their MAP certification and safely administer medications in approved settings. This course follows the guidelines and requirements established by the state of Massachusetts and is open to anyone seeking official MAP credentialing. Service Description – Medication Administration Program (MAP) The Medication Administration Program (MAP) at Mastery Review provides focused preparation for individuals who need MAP certification to work in group homes, day programs, residential programs, and similar settings across Massachusetts. The program is led and regulated by the state of Massachusetts, and Mastery Review provides the teaching, support, and review you need to meet those standards. In this course, participants will: • Learn safe medication administration procedures and documentation. • Review MAP regulations, roles, and responsibilities in Massachusetts. • Practice reading medication labels, MARs (Medication Administration Records), and related forms. • Build confidence to complete the MAP testing process required by the state. This service is available only to Massachusetts residents, as certification and oversight are specific to the state of MA. Enrollment is ideal for direct care staff, aspiring human services workers, and anyone whose employer requires MAP certification. MAP Class Dates Upcoming MAP sessions for this cycle are scheduled on the following dates: • March 5th • March 19th • April 2nd • April 16th You can register for any available date based on your schedule and the current class capacity. These sessions are designed to support you from foundational concepts to test readiness, all within the framework set by the state of Massachusetts.
Cancellation Policy
Policy Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other students and make the best use of available session times. Attendance and Punctuality We recommend logging in or arriving promptly at your scheduled time. A brief 5-minute grace window is offered. Beyond that, the session will be marked as missed, and a new appointment will need to be arranged. If you anticipate any delay, please contact us at least 20 minutes before your session begins to discuss alternate options. Payments and Refunds All payments are non-refundable once a booking is made. However, if you continue with a paid program or full review package, your initial consultation fee will be credited toward the total balance.
