By enrolling in or attending any Mastery Review class, workshop, or program
("Services"), You agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
• Mastery Review provides online educational classes, coaching, and study
materials to support NCLEX preparation.
• Services are for educational purposes only and are not nursing, legal,
financial, or medical advice.
2. No User Accounts
• Mastery Review does not provide individual login accounts or membership
portals.
• Access to live or recorded sessions, materials, and communications will
be provided using the contact information you submit at purchase or registration (for
example, email or messaging links).
• You are responsible for ensuring we have a correct, working email or
contact method.
3. No Guarantee of NCLEX Success
• Mastery Review does not guarantee that any student will pass the NCLEX
or any other examination.
• Your success depends on your own effort, study habits, test‑taking skills,
and use of the tools and content we provide.
• All strategies, classes, and materials are meant to support your
preparation, but results will vary from person to person.
4. Payments and No‑Refund Policy
• Payment in full is required at the time of registration unless otherwise
stated in writing.
• All payments for classes, programs, and digital/educational services are
non‑refundable once you complete your purchase.
• By paying, you confirm that you have read and agree that there are no
refunds, no credits, and no partial refunds, including. But not limited In the event of unexpected life circumstances (such as illness, or natural disasters) where you have a valid prove to show for it.
• You agree not to dispute or charge back these charges with your bank or
card issuer except in cases of proven unauthorized use of your payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
• All class content, slides, handouts, videos, questions, and other materials
are owned by or licensed to Mastery Review.
• You may use materials only for your personal study. You may not copy,
record, share, sell, publish, or distribute any
materials without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
• Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastery Review is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our
classes or use of our materials.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the
amount you paid for the specific class or program involved in that claim.
7. Changes to Terms
• Mastery Review may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued enrollment in or attendance at our Services after changes are
posted or communicated means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the law of the state of Massachusetts with regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Privacy & Payment Notice – Mastery Review

Mastery Review collects your name, contact details, and payment information only to
process your purchase and deliver online NCLEX prep classes and materials. For
debit/credit card payments, you will complete an authorization form. We do not store
your full card number or CVV, and all transactions are processed securely by our
payment processor (e.g., Stripe) in accordance with industry security standards.
All sales are final. By signing the authorization form and submitting payment, you
acknowledge that you have read and understood our no‑refund policy and agree that all
Mastery Review services and classes are non‑refundable. NCLEX success is not
guaranteed and depends on your own effort and use of the tools and content we
provide.
