Exception: Full refund or transfer to a future session only if Mastery Review LLC cancels the program before the start date.
Responsibilities
The student agrees to: Attend online classes, complete assignments, maintain professional conduct, make timely payments, provide accurate contact information, take responsibility for their own NCLEX preparation, and not share course materials.
Mastery Review LLC agrees to provide qualified instructors, deliver instruction as described, provide online course access, maintain a professional environment, and respond to inquiries within 48 business hours.
Program Policies
Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals results in dismissal without refund.
Technology: Students must maintain reliable internet and a compatible device. Technical difficulties do not excuse absences unless verified by Mastery Review.
Course Materials: All materials are Mastery Review’s intellectual property. May not be reproduced, distributed, or sold. Digital access is revoked upon completion of the program or withdrawal.
No Pass Guarantee: This program provides only NCLEX preparation education. Completion does not guarantee passing the NCLEX exam. No refunds based on exam results.
Modifications: Mastery Review may modify schedules, curriculum, or instructors as needed. Students will be notified in writing.
Governing Law: Massachusetts law applies. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation, then, if necessary, mediation.
